In the unlikely event that the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by another company, or due to any merger, reorganization or liquidation, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.  Your personal information will remain subject to any pre-existing privacy policy unless you consent otherwise.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This Website is a general audience site.  We do not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information online from any person under the age of thirteen.  This Site is not intended for, and no part of this Site is targeted to attract, anyone under the age of eighteen.  In the event we learn we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under age thirteen, we will delete that information.

SECURITY
